Agreed, I am trying to pick my options either for the Menlo or the Beumont PN. So many choices

Honestly, I'm not positive about every single place that it will be announced. If you want to make sure that you are notified, probably subscribe to the blog.

On the right side of the website (www.edisonpen.com) you'll see a box that says "subscribe".

By inserting your email, you'll get all the Edison updates automatically, including the group buy.

Very doubtful on the more exotic filling systems. Most just don't lend themselves to a production format. Thanks!

What happens with a group buy? Is the price lower? (Just can't afford the Edisons until the State of Louisiana sees fit to give me a raise, which probably will not be happening soon).

Yes. Since Brian can make the pens "in a batch", he can pass on some savings to us in a group buy. I some cases it is a single material. Other cases two choices. You get to pick your nib size too.

A great way to get into a Signature Line Edison. However, the Production Line pens are a good way to get an Edison as well.

Brian (bgray) and Master Masuyama have proved to me that a steel nib can be the as nice to use as a gold one. Brian does QC on every nib that comes on his pens even the stock normal nibs

    Love these pens.

Here are three I got last year. The 2013 stealth Beaumont, a black/red ebonite Beaumont pneumatic and the 2013 LE Morgan in neon acrylic. Such beautiful writers.

Those are beautiful! I could kick myself for not getting that stealth Beaumont when it came out.

    Gwgtaylor,
Can you post more pics of the Morgan? I would love to see it capped.

Silverbreeze, the Morgan was last year's FPN/FPG/interweb group buy. It was the neon acrylic or some sort of ebonite. The stealth Beaumont was a limited run of 100 pens sold through retailers.

Tiffany, thank you and sorry you didn't get one. They didn't last long. :-)

    Whoa. What size [I]is[I] that?

Uh, medium? It's a Morgan so slightly bigger than a pearl. 1.1mm stub #6 nib. Brest pen. Big but not massive and really light.

The Morgan is a little shorter and thicker than your Premiere.

Here's a photo of a few Morgans next to a custom Nouveau Premiere. The Morgan is probably my favorite Edison shape/size, which is why I, um, have three of them.
