How To Ship Your Pens To Us
A few tips to make sure your pen arrives in the condition you sent it.
Ideally, you need a protective shell around your pen. Good examples are poster tubes and PVC tubing. Wrap your pen in bubble wrap, stick it inside the tube, secure the ends and send it off. If you decide to use a PVC tube you should put the pen in a larger padded envelope before mailing it.

If you don’t have any sufficient tubing you can get perfectly sized boxes from your local eye clinic. The boxes they ship frames in are just the right size and they’ll usually give them to you. Securely wrap the pen with bubble wrap and make sure it won’t rattle around in the box.
If those options sound like too much work we have the perfect solution. You can order our Simple Shipping Kit that includes everything you need to securely ship your pen to us. We provide the bubble wrap, an adjustable protective tube, and a cushioned return envelope with preprinted return postage all inside one large envelope. We’ll send it to you via USPS First Class Mail with return shipping by the same method with insurance and delivery confirmation to make sure your pen arrives safely.
